Christopher Noble

Christopher has painted all his life and is a self taught artist who mainly paints in oils. In 2010 he took early retirement to pursue his hobbies more seriously and is now producing and exhibiting many more paintings. 

As well as being a keen artist he is also a passionate angler, and has a great interest in wildlife. Christopher paints landscapes, still life and fish. His paintings have a bold largely representational style.

Christopher is a committee member of the Harrogate and Nidderdale Art Club and a trustee of the Association Of Animal Artists.

Elizabeth Noble

The inspiration for my pictures comes from the colours and shapes I see around me, especially in my garden but also more widely in the landscapes in which I live and travel. I have created many pictures of different subjects in different media but always return to my first love of still life in pastels or coloured pencils.

I have exhibited my pictures in exhibitions in Ireland and England and my work has travelled to several countries.

I am a member of the Harrogate and Nidderdale Art Club and the United Kingdom Coloured Pencil Society (UKCPS).
